Courses are available that allow students to enjoy Japan while studying for a short period.

Can anyone participate in the short-term training programs?

Short-term training programs are usually designed for students participating in customized commissioned training courses. However, some courses accept individual applications. Please contact us for details.

Can I enroll in a course after it has already started?

Yes, it is possible. However, courses are structured in three-month units, and since visa issuance is typically aligned with the start of the term, mid-course enrollment is not recommended.

How much is the monthly cost of living?

The average monthly cost ranges from 100,000 to 150,000 yen.
(Example expenses: Rent and utilities 40,000–70,000 yen, food 20,000–30,000 yen, mobile phone bill 5,000 yen, transportation 10,000 yen, other expenses 20,000–30,000 yen.)

Does the school provide dormitory accommodation?

The school provides information on affiliated dormitories. For details, please contact the school directly.

I am considering further education in Japan. What preparations are necessary?

The school holds higher education guidance sessions at least twice a year. Students can attend these sessions to ask questions and consult with teachers about their academic plans. Under teacher guidance, students start researching schools and gathering materials before the summer break, and by autumn, they begin preparing application documents in earnest. Teachers and staff provide careful support to help students achieve their academic goals.

Are there scholarship programs available?

The school selects students based on their academic performance, attendance, and study attitude. Those who pass the screening process can receive scholarships. However, this system is available only for students in the main academic course.

When should I apply?

Application deadlines vary depending on the enrollment period and the applicant’s location. Please check with the school for specific application deadlines and submission periods.

Is there an age limit for enrollment?

There is no age restriction. However, for the main academic course, applicants must have graduated within the past five years. Depending on individual circumstances, exceptions may apply, so please contact the school for further information.

When are the enrollment periods?

The main academic course has four enrollment periods per year (January, April, July, and October). Each period has a designated application window, so it is essential to inquire in advance and prepare the necessary documents. For example, students applying for the main academic course need to start preparing their documents six to seven months before enrollment.

The short-term intensive course also has four enrollment periods per year (January, April, July, and October). Additionally, for intensive courses mainly aimed at residents in Japan, there are no fixed enrollment periods, and students can join anytime if a suitable course is available. Please contact the school for specific details.

Are there scholarship programs available?

The school selects students based on their study attitude, academic performance, and attendance record. Those who pass the screening process are eligible to receive scholarships. However, this program is available only for students enrolled in the main academic course.
