Admission Requirements

Applicants wishing to enroll at Kyushu International Education College must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Must have completed at least 12 years of formal education or an equivalent educational program.
  • Must be 16 years or older.
  • Must have obtained or be eligible to obtain a valid visa for entry into Japan through the proper procedures.
  • Must have sufficient financial resources to cover tuition, living expenses, and other costs while staying in Japan.
  • Must be physically and mentally healthy and willing to comply with Japanese laws and regulations.

Required Documents

  • Application Form, Resume, and Statement of Purpose (Download the designated form from our school’s website)
  • Financial Support Statement (Download the designated form from our school’s website)
  • Proof of Japanese Language Study (Minimum of 150 study hours)
  • Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT, NAT-TEST, J.TEST, etc.)
  • Original Graduation Certificate from the most recent educational institution
  • Original Academic Transcript from the most recent educational institution
  • Certificate of Enrollment or Expected Graduation Certificate (for currently enrolled students)
  • Certificate of Employment (for currently employed individuals) or Certificate of Resignation (for those with previous work experience)
  • Bank Balance Certificate and Financial Asset Documents (for financial sponsors)
  • Income Certificate (for financial sponsors)
  • Family Relationship Certificate
  • Identification Document or Passport Copy
  • Photographs (3cm × 4cm, taken within the last three months, five copies)
